Learn to be a woman who covers every facet of her life with prayer.

For years and years, I have wanted to be a woman who prays. A woman who prays with intention and strategy and power.

A woman who is scared of speaking publicly in a group, but has no fear of praying out loud. 

A woman who has anxiety over one on one conversations with a friend, but will pray over that friend right then with confidence. 

A woman who is timid in speech, but bold in prayer. 

A woman who covers her husband so completely in prayer that the enemy has to look elsewhere for someone to snare. Her family’s leader finds success because of her.

A woman who so drenches her children in prayer that the enemy knows, from the moment they take their first breaths, that their future is off limits. The armor of God is real life armor to her children and they are prepared for battle. 

A woman whose home smells like the sweet incense of her prayers as guests feel welcomed, loved, and at peace. Her home is a reprieve to any who enter.

A woman whose love for her Jesus can’t help but spill from her lips and His Word from her heart. This is the woman I want to be. This is the woman I am called to be. This is the woman I will be, in Jesus’ name. Lord, help me be this woman. 

You, too, can start becoming that woman today. Start with one prayer. It will fuel another and another. Trace the hand of God as he works in you and through you. Join in on the kingdom work at hand. What a privilege as a daughter of God to have His ear.
